These recipes are for all waterless and fat-free systems.
Whether you own a system with a whistle or a system with a thermometer, or not, they will all work with these recipes.
"Bring to the whistle then turn the whistle off and turn down the heat", is the same as "wait till the needle reaches the green, then turn down the heat", or "wait till the lid rattles and you can spin it freely, then turn down the heat".

. USE LESS WATER (2 TABLESPOONS IS ENOUGH)
. USE LESS HEAT 50% MAX (70% BROWNING MEAT)
. USE NO FATS OR OILS (UNLESS SPECIFIED)
. LITTLE OR NO NEED TO STIR
. LEAVE A CUP OF WATER IN COVERED POT TO CLEAN
